Walking

Asher took his first steps on September 26th. He was standing against the couch and then let go and walked half way across the room! He was so happy when he was done that he sat on the floor and clapped! Unfortunately daddy was on a fishing trip that weekend, Grandma and Poppa were wine tasting, and Caleb was out with his friends for the night, so they all missed it. It's pretty cute watching how proud he is of himself everytime he walks without any help! What a big boy!!

Asher is One!!

What a great day for a Hawaiian Luau! We were blessed with beautiful weather and a lot of family and friends to celebrate Asher's big day in the traditional Hawaiian style. He stayed awake for the entire party and had a blast. He loved jumping around in the bouncy house and really liked his first taste of sugar....birthday cake!! He didn't know what to think of it at first, but once he tasted it he was hooked. He was however so thoughtful as to share some with daddy! We are so lucky to have so many wonderful people in our lives who love Asher so much!!
